What's really happening

The weight isn't the hard part.
The letdown is.

Another meal plan won't fix it. Neither will a punishing challenge. If knowing what to do were enough, you'd be done already.

What wears you out is the loop. Big hope on Sunday night. Quiet shame by Thursday when the plan slips.

It's the weight of beginning one more time, and the worry that this round will end like all the others.

"More motivation isn't the answer. A method that still runs on your low days is."
The Method

Six months, in the order
real change happens.

A steady unwinding of what diet culture taught you. Foundation first, so the results stick around.

Your Coach

I built this for the person
I used to be.

For me, the Last Restart isn't just a coaching philosophy. It's personal.

I know what it's like to be exhausted by starting over, to tell yourself this time will be different, only to eventually find yourself back at the beginning again. I know the frustration of knowing what you should be doing while struggling to consistently do it, and how every restart can slowly chip away at the trust you have in yourself.

Eventually, I realized the problem wasn't simply a lack of information. Most of us already know we're supposed to move our bodies, eat better, drink water, get adequate sleep and take care of ourselves.

The deeper problem was what happened after years of stopping and starting. Every time I didn't follow through, I wasn't just abandoning another plan. I was reinforcing an identity.

Maybe I'm just inconsistent. Maybe I don't have enough discipline. Maybe I'm someone who always quits.

That realization changed the way I thought about transformation.

With over 15 years of therapeutic experience helping people understand behavior, patterns, and personal growth, I found what was missing from so many traditional weight-loss programs: they focused heavily on changing the body without addressing the person who had to create and sustain that change. The biggest obstacle wasn't weight, it was broken self-trust and a fractured identity shaped by years of starting over.

That's why I created the Last Restart Method.

I wanted to build the kind of program I believe chronic restarters actually need: one that starts with achievable fundamentals, builds consistency before complexity, and intentionally rebuilds self-trust and identity along the way.

So when someone comes to me after years (or even decades) of diets, programs, gym memberships, losing weight, regaining it, and promises to themselves that didn't last, there is no judgment here.

I understand the restart cycle because I've lived it.

This isn't about chasing perfection or relying on motivation. It's about building the kind of consistency that transforms not only your body, but your confidence, discipline, and belief in yourself.

As both a coach and someone deeply committed to helping people become who God created them to be, I believe true health is about stewardship: caring for your body, renewing your mind, and developing the character to keep the promises you make to yourself.

Because ultimately, the Last Restart isn't just about losing weight. It's about becoming someone you can trust to never need another restart.

Sound like you?

A fit if you

  • Are roughly 50+ lbs overweight and tired of beginning again
  • Avoid photos, and feel physically uncomfortable in your body
  • Have lost weight before and watched it come back
  • Know what to eat. Doing it is where it falls apart
  • Can commit to six months of coaching, not six days
  • Want to trust yourself again as much as you want the scale to move

Not a fit if you

  • Want a 30-day shortcut or a detox
  • Want a meal plan PDF with no one checking in
  • Want a program that only works when you're perfect
  • Aren't ready to look at what's under the eating
  • Would rather buy info than be guided through the change

Stop seeing yourself as
someone who quits.

Working with Tatia has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness. Last year I released over 40 pounds and have kept it off!

From day one, she created a supportive and encouraging environment while still challenging me to reach my goals. My plan is tailored to my abilities, and focused on helping me improve safely and effectively.

I was nervous to re-start as a woman over 40, as I have tried more times than I can count. I also had some concerns about my neck as I have had issues with working out in the past. Workout videos I chose gave me workouts that pushed me too hard and I kept getting hurt and then had to sit out for several weeks and then it was hard to get started again. It became a cycle for me. I felt stuck and discouraged.

This time around has been different. I've become stronger, more confident, and more consistent with my fitness routine.

I highly recommend working with Tatia to anyone looking for guidance, accountability, and real results.

After a lifetime of cyclical restarting, Tatia taught me something more valuable than how to lose weight. She taught me resilience, consistency, and sustainability. I've learned how to continue forward even when my execution isn't perfect, instead of allowing one failure to become another restart.

As a minister, I was challenged to see caring for my body differently. Not to simply pursue weight loss, but to steward the temple God entrusted to me. She helped me take greater responsibility for how I nourish, strengthen, and care for my body so it can support the life and purpose I've been called to live.

When I was ready to pursue trendy injections, Tatia helped me instead to establish sustainable practices that are producing results without making my life revolve around another temporary solution.

The weight is coming off, but more importantly, I'm learning how to live in a way that keeps me from having to start over.
